Indigo Natural Healing Center was established in 1998 by Charis Lindrooth, D.C.  The practitioners at this clinic offer various modalities of alternative health, seeking to provide natural healing alternatives as well as integrated health care.

Kerry Smith, N.D. is a natural health consultant specializing in Ayurvedic medicine.  Using ancient methods, herbs and supplements she assists the body’s natural detoxification process and helps restore balance and rhythm to mind, body and spirit.  Her methods are helpful for weight loss, detoxification, women’s health, fertility issues, ADD, ADHD, chronic inflammatory illness, mild depression, anxiety and sleep disorders.

Diane Larkin, LMT  provides massage therapy.  She specializes in Hawaiian Lomi massage, an ancient profoundly transformative technique which restores the spirit as well as relieving chronic muscle aches and pains.  She also offers hot stone massage and deep tissue massage.

Holly Cadwallader, Ed.D., earned her doctorate from Temple University in the Psychology of Human Movement.  She has studied Mind/Body Medicine at New England Deaconess Hospital in conjunction with Harvard Medical School, and served her internship in biofeedback at the Walnut Street Medical Center’s Pain Management Clinic in Philadelphia.  Dr. Holly’s mission involves teaching others to work toward the common good, as defined by the pursuit of peace. Using traditional and complimentary methods. She works with “children of all ages,” addressing complex issues such as adoption, recovery and abuse. She also works with adults and families as a therapist and counselor.

Jesse Tobin has revived Pennsylvania German Healing techniques in the Kutztown area.  She offers Braucheri training and herbal consulting as well as Pow Wow healing for a wide range of health conditions.

Dennis Rains, Ph.D. is a trained psychologist using Jungian methods in his approach to individual and couples counseling.  Dr. Rains is also a professor of psychology at Kutztown University.
